Services

SkyLine Pharr Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related services in Pharr, TX and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of your property.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and may change based on material costs or project scope changes.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary once we complete an on-site assessment. We will inform you of any price changes before beginning work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete your project within the agreed timeframe. However, weather conditions, material delays, or unforeseen circumstances may cause schedule changes. We will keep you informed of any delays.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply if work has already begun or materials have been ordered.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products we install.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by others after installation.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and remove any obstacles that may interfere with our work. You are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of any hazards on your property.

We follow all safety regulations and carry proper insurance. Our team will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities or structures not disclosed to us before work begins.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring our work complies with any homeowners association rules or deed restrictions on your property.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any delays in completion.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in accordance with Texas state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
